Arzenu

The reason for referring to Palestine, or a part of it, in the Egyptian texts as Arzenu (*Rezenu) is in the fact that the Israelites called it so, as can be judged by verses in Joshua 9111; Judges 16:24; Psalms 85:10; Micah 5:4; The Song of Solomon 2:12, etc.
